By purchasing products from Grace & Truth Publications(we/us/our) the purchaser (the Customer), agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Product Descriptions: We endeavour to provide accurate details and descriptions of products on our site. Grace & Truth Publications reserves the right to supply items which differ in detail, but not in substance, to those ordered (e.g. a book may have been reprinted with a new cover or as a revised and updated edition).
Product Availability: Grace & Truth Publications does not stock most of the items listed on this site. Products are sourced from third party suppliers who may themselves not have the item in stock. Grace & Truth Publications will not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly relating to any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery: Grace & Truth Publications only supplies items to customers in New Zealand. We aim to supply most items within three weeks of receiving an order from the Customer, but we cannot guarantee this.
Non-delivery: If a product is found to have been incorrectly addressed by Grace & Truth Publications then we shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then we will not be liable for refunding or resending the product and the Customer will be responsible for correcting delivery.
Pricing & GST: All prices on this site are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). Grace & Truth Publications is a small family run business and we are currently not registered for GST.
Order Payment: Because we do not carry items in stock, each order is classed as a special order for which payment must be made when the order is placed. The following forms of payment are accepted:
Cancellations: an order may only be cancelled before shipment is made or within seven days of being placed through this site, whichever occures first, regardless of which payment method has been selected. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent by email, and Grace & Truth Publications will make every effort to arrange a full refund of the relevant amount within seven days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will normally be in the same form as the initial payment (i.e. via PayPal, direct credit or cheque, as appropriate).
Returns & Refunds: The Customer must contact us within 10 days of the date of shipment to request a Return Merchadise Authority (this is done through the Order History section of the cusomter's account). We can only accept returns of damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Where an item is delivered damaged it will be replaced; where it has been incorrectly supplied the correct item will be supplied upon the return of the incorrect item. Return postage may only be refunded if the Customer contacts us before an item is returned.
Legislation: The following acts protect the Customer's rights: the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Sale of Goods (UN Conventions) Act 1994.
The Customer is encouraged to contact us if there are any questions relating to these Terms & Conditions.
